Wrongful Death Treatise To Be Published

The Missouri Bar publishes a library of Missouri law books commonly known as the "Black Book" series. The books are written as a reference for lawyers seeking guidance and instruction on specific areas of law. One volume of the Black Book series addresses the types of damages recoverable in civil law suits. Robert Ritter, Steven Woodley, and Morry Cole recently co-authored a chapter for the Damages book addressing the damages recoverable in a Wrongful Death case. Final edits are occurring and the publication is expected in mid-2012.
